From designing, running and facilitating global events to embedding service design practise within public and third sector organisations, Keira works to support people to develop the skills to design actionable solutions, for their own needs, for themselves. Keira focuses on taking the conversation to the very people who will use a service, product or space. She is passionate about providing the tools to allow them to uncover insights and in turn identify core barriers and opportunities for themselves. At the heart of her practise is a commitment to opening genuine dialogue between change makers and those who will be affected by changes, rather than allowing people to "have things done to them." Recent clients include The Scottish Government, young people's charity Includem, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and Edinburgh University.
