Lorn Archaeological and Historical Association
The aim of the Society is to foster interest in the archaeology and history of the area and help to increase our knowledge of the past. Membership is open to all who support this aim.
We run monthly talks from October to March with field trips during the summer.
Our annual journal, 'Historic Argyll', contains interesting articles on the history and archaeology of the area. We also produce an Autumn newsletter giving details of the forthcoming lecture series and have an extensive library for the use of members.
